For 0.9 liters of thoroughly purified moonshine, you need to prepare:

  • water (0.6 l);
  • dried bananas (0.45 kg);
  • sugar (0.45 kg);
  • ginger root (6 g);
  • some vanilla.

To prepare the moonshine tincture, bananas are peeled, crushed and placed in a glass jar. Ginger and vanillin are also added there and poured with alcohol. The liquid is infused for about 3 weeks in a cold cellar and carefully filtered.

In the meantime, it is necessary to prepare a syrup made from sugar and water, cool it and pour it into the tincture. In this form, it should stand for another week, and then the tincture is completely ready for use.
